Behind the Practice
As a 200-hour RYT trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a special interest in Yin and QiYoga, my journey began seven years ago and has since become a cornerstone in my life, guiding me through some of my most challenging times.
Yoga has given me a profound connection to my body, mind, spirit even on the hardest days. It's helped me regain control over my nervous system, manage stress, and find inner harmony.
I'm passionate about sharing the tools and techniques that have supported me on my journey. My approach blends traditional Hatha and Vinyasa practices with elements of Yin and QiYoga, personalised to meet your unique needs. Each session includes conscious breathing to centre your awareness and calm your nervous system. We finish with an extended Savasana with singing bowl sound healing to ensure deep relaxation and integration.
