I've been meditating for over 26 years.

It all began by accident — I was taken by a friend to a meditation day, sat down, and something just clicked.

Like a duck to water, I’ve carried on ever since.

That first experience opened the door to my spiritual life, and it's been a foundation for everything I've done since.

Meditation has supported me through many major life stages, always a constant companion.

Fifteen years ago, I deepened my practice with a year-long teacher training that was nothing short of life-changing. Since then, I've guided many people in meditation — always in the way I live it: simple, relaxed, and completely accessible.
